Marketing Officers, Accountant, Financial Control, and Driver / Security / Maintenance Crew

• Spearheads new strategies/programs for the promotion of Tecch Pacific College.
• Plans and implements local marketing strategies which include identification of market share, zoning, budgetary requirements and plan of activities for the school year 2012-2013.
• Coordinates with high school officials on matters concerning participation in career guidance talk, scheduling of activities, etc.
• Monitors outputs of the various outreach teams, consolidates reports submitted by them and makes necessary marketing action plans and decisions.

• Trains individuals who act as the front liners of the department especially during outreach and enrollment periods.
• Delegates’ outreach-related activities which cover scope of career guidance talk, scheduling of activities, follow through action etc.
• Assists in the planning and implementation of enrollment procedures of the campus which is focus on evaluation of new (freshmen and transferees) through interviews and makes necessary recommendations.
• Evaluates performances of his subordinates (admission staff and students assistant) and makes necessary recommendations.
• Acts as the official representative of the campus in various marketing conferences, seminars, training workshops.
• Coordinates with the different sectors of the academe for the fulfillment of the goals of the College.
• Performs other related duties as may assigned by the superior.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• With at least 2 year experience Supervisory/Basic Management Course/Basic Marketing Strategies.
• Proficient in oral & written communication & Computer Literate
• Applicant must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City

• The Accountant conducts operations and financial audits and provides recommendations.
• Will also act as book keeper preparing inventory and evaluation work for the school.

• CPA required
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Full-Time or project-based position available
• Proficient in Microsoft application such as Word and -Excel
• With at least 1 year work experience in book keeping and financial reporting as well as audit preparationin mid-sized company
• A fast learner, diligent & detail-oriented
• Requires minimum supervision
• Able to do multi-tasking
• Experienced in financial analysis, credit & collection, payroll, general accounting and in complying with requirements of government agencies such as BIR, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig and SSS
